Our wedding package, which can be customised according to your needs, includes receptions, the use of the honeymoon suite, the use of a slave-church from the 1700s or a 19th century thatched-roof church, both within 100 m of the reception venue, special accommodation rates for guests and more.

CHURCH:

There are two churches within meters of the hotel.
The historic Het Gesticht slave church accommodates a maximum of 80 people. Please book at De Oude Paarl Hotel.
The Dutch Reformed thatch roof church is a national monument. Please book at the church office.
The Dutch Reformed Church can accommodate up to 500 people.

HONEYMOON SUITE:

A luxury suite with all the pampering facilities any newly wed couple could dream of. Should you book your wedding with us, the honeymoon suite will be available to you at a 50% discount. The rate is inclusive of a bottle of sparkling wine and a full South African breakfast.

MENU:

Select your own menu, whether a breakfast, brunch, finger, set menu or buffet. Should you wish to change anything on the menu, please feel free to contact us.

BAR:

Full bar facilities are available.

DECOR & FLOWERS:

We make use of an in-house florist that will arrange the finer details with you, or you are welcome to contact your own supplier.

PHOTOGRAPHER:

Please contact us for a list of professional wedding photographers.

A SERVICE CHARGE OF 10% WILL BE ADDED ON THE TOTAL FOOD & DRINKS BILL.

CONFIRMATION OF FUNCTION:

To book the venue a deposit of 50% of the total value is required.

The balance of the total invoiced amount has to be settled 7 days prior to the wedding.

Please note that these amounts are non refundable.

Any extras and drinks are payable on the day of the wedding.
