MAROC, open from September to March, is an open air tented restaurant and offers its clients traditional Moroccan meals prepared
by our Moroccan chef. Meals are inspired from famous Moroccan cities such as Casablanca,
Marrakech and Rabat and Fez.
The cuisine is simple; the brilliance lies in the unique and secret blend of herbs and spices,
promising a gentle yet exciting gastronomic affair.
Your journey begins with a choice of delectable salads, then onto the meat and fish dishes, that
are served in earthenware pots called tagines. The word tagine also refers to a stew-like dish widely
cooked in Morocco. The shape of the tagine allows the food to simmer slowly to release an enticing aroma when
the lid is lifted. Desserts are sweet, mysterious, decadent and delicious. The evening is ended of with traditional tea.
Flaming pots, rose petals, traditional music and a special performance from oriental dancer "Bastet" amalgamate for an unforgettable evening.
