    The suite/ room will be ready for occupation from 14:00 on the day of arrival. You are kindly requested to vacate the room / suite by 11:00 on the day of your departure. All rates are inclusive of 14% VAT, but exclude a tourism levy of 1%.

    NB!!! To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% is required within 48 hrs

    IMPORTANT NOTE

    In case of non-arrival you will be held responsible for the full value of your booking. CANCELLATION FEES All cancellations received less than 14 days prior to arrival, will be charged in full. Cancellations received after confirmation of booking will be charged at 50% of the value of the booking. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Kindly fax or e-mail us.
